Does the dynamic pricing model apply to children, young people and senior citizens, too?
Yes, the dynamic pricing model applies to all age groups with children, young people and senior citizens continuing to benefit from lower prices.The concessions for children and young people remain unchanged from last year – children enjoy 60% off and young people 30% off the price of an adult ski pass on the day in question. On weekdays, senior citizens can now enjoy 10% off the price of an adult ski pass on the day in question.
Why should I book my ski passes online in advance?
Guests who book online in advance enjoy more affordable prices. The daily recalculated price tends to increase the closer the ski day gets or the higher the demand for a certain ski day. Therefore, those who book early get to ski more cheaply than guests who purchase their passes at the last minute or at the valley station. No, generally speaking, it is not possible to cancel or exchange a purchased pass. An exception to this would be in the event of accident or illness, in which case a medical certificate would be required. Should the cableways be out of operation on the booked day, guests will receive a refund in the form of a one-day ski pass.What happens if ski passes are purchased in advance and the cableways are not able to operate on the day in question?
If all lifts are out of operation on the day in question, guests will receive a refund in the form of a ski pass that can be redeemed for the entire destination and on a date of their choice. Guests who have purchased a multi-day pass and have an accident will be given a pro rata refund in the form of vouchers.How and where can I get ski passes that I have booked online?
Guests who own a chip card or SwissPass can book their ticket directly on this data media. Guests who do not own a chip card or SwissPass will receive a voucher with a QR code. They can then collect their ski pass quickly and conveniently from a pick-up point at the valley station. The voucher does not need to be printed out. It can simply be scanned from your mobile phone. A deposit of CHF 5 is required for the chip card. The deposit will be refunded when guests return their chip card.Can ski passes still be purchased from the hotel or Ski School?
Yes, it is still possible to purchase ski passes from the hotel or a direct partner of TITLIS Cableways. The prices that apply will be those that are listed online, just like at the valley station ticket desk.I don't have a credit card. Can I still take advantage of the early-bird bonus?
Guests who do not have a credit card can pay for their ski passes by Postfinance Card, Postfinance E-Finance, Twint or at the valley station ticket desk. To benefit from the early-bird bonus, ski passes can be booked in advance for a later date.
