Emergency Number 144 – for all medical emergencies
Please provide the following information:
- Location of the incident: Where did the emergency occur?
- Caller: Who is calling?
- Callback number: Which number can the emergency services reach you at?
- Incident: What exactly happened?
- Time: When did the incident occur?
- Affected persons: How many people are involved?
- Special hazards: Are there any dangers such as gasoline, electricity, or unstable structures? Is the site secured?
Important: Do not end the call until you have been confirmed that all information has been understood.
