New: Boarding Time for Your Ascent to TITLIS
To help you plan your visit better and ensure a relaxed journey up to TITLIS even during periods of high demand, you can now reserve a free, voluntary Boarding Time for your ascent when booking your ticket—starting 3 August 2026.
With a reserved Boarding Time, you benefit from improved planning certainty for your visit. We recommend reserving your Boarding Time at the time of booking.
Ascent without a reserved Boarding Time remains possible. However, during peak capacity, waiting times may occur, or an ascent at your preferred time cannot be guaranteed if available capacity is already fully booked.
The introduction of Boarding Time is linked to construction and modernisation work on the TITLIS Rotair infrastructure at the mountain station. From 17 August to 11 December 2026, the TITLIS Rotair will be out of service. During this period, the ascent to the summit will operate via the single-track TITLIS Connect cable car from Stand station.
How It Works
- Book your ticket in the webshop: https://shop.titlis.ch/
- Reserve a free, voluntary Boarding Time for your ascent.
- Important: The reserved Boarding Time applies from Truebsee onwards.
- Please plan your arrival so that you reach Truebsee before your reserved Boarding Time (allow 15–30 minutes travel time from the valley station).
- Your Boarding Time will be checked at Trübsee.
