Webshop Ticket Purchase Instructions
Quick Guide: Cable Car Ticket Purchase
To purchase tickets in our webshop, registration is required. Please complete the registration first.
- In the Webshop Cable Car Tickets, select your desired ticket, date, number of people, and route, then confirm your selection.
- Choose the applicable discount and click Next.
- Log in with your registered account.
- Complete the personalization and save your details.
- Select your payment method and complete the purchase.
After your purchase, you will receive a QR code. You can use this to pass directly through the turnstile – printing the PDF is not required.
Step-by-Step Guide: Cable Car Ticket Purchase
If you are not yet registered in our webshop, you must first create an account via the Login button.
A new window will open where you can register.
Please enter your personal email address and a password (we recommend creating an account with your email address and password). The password must meet the required criteria (green indicators). Then click Continue.
After registering, the Profile field will appear in the top right corner.
Click My Profile and enter your personal details and address.
Go to «Webshop Cable Car Tickets»
- Select the date.
- Select the number of people.
- Click Engelberg – Titlis and choose your route.
- Click «Next».
Step: Discounts
- Select a discount, if applicable.
- Click «Next».
Step: Basket and Checkout
- If you are not yet logged in, log in now.

- Click Personalization missing and select the person for whom the ticket is being purchased. If the person is not yet registered, click + Add Person and enter all required details.
- The ticket delivery method is set to Mobile / Print@Home.
- Click «Save».
- Confirm the Terms and Conditions.
- Choose your payment method and complete the purchase.
Step: Order successful
- After your purchase, you will receive a QR code. You can use this to pass directly through the turnstile – printing the PDF is not required.

Quick Guide: Ski Ticket Purchase
To purchase tickets in our webshop, registration is required. Please complete your registration first.
- Select your desired ski ticket, date, and number of people at www.titlis.ch/tickets and confirm your selection.
- Log in with your newly created account.
- Complete the personalization and save your details.
- Choose your payment method and finalize your purchase.
Step-by-Step Guide to Purchasing Ski Tickets
If you are not yet registered in our webshop, you must first create an account using the login button.
A new window will open. You must first register here.
Please enter your personal email address and a password (we recommend creating an account with your email and password). The password must meet the criteria shown in green. Then click Continue.
After you have registered, the Profile field will now appear in the top right corner.
Click on My Profile and enter your personal information and address.
If you want to purchase a day ski pass and already have a Key Card, you can register it here.
Please note that reloading the SwissPass is currently not possible, as older SwissPass cards are still in circulation and are not supported at the turnstiles.
Go to Webshop Ski Tickets
1a. Select the date (from half-day starting at 12:00 PM up to 14 days in advance). Confirm the date by clicking on it twice.
1b. Select the number of people.
The price development for the selected day will be displayed automatically.
2. Click Next.
Step: Basket and Checkout
If you are no longer logged in, please sign in using one of the following options:
- Log in with Email/Password
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Apple
Step: Basket and Checkout
- Click on “Personalization Missing” and select the person for whom the ski ticket is being purchased. If the person is not yet registered, click “+ Add Person” and enter all required information.
Note: Our ski tickets are personal and non-transferable. Choose how you want the ticket issued: either “Pick up on site” (a CHF 5 deposit will be added automatically, which will be refunded when the chip card is returned to the reader at the end of the ski day) or load it onto an Axess Keycard. Click Save. - Check that all your details are complete (marked with a green check).
If you have a promo code, you can enter it under “Discount”.
If you have a voucher, you can redeem it under “Voucher”. - Confirm the Terms and Conditions.
- Select your payment method.
Step: Order Successful
Your order was successful!
You can now access your ticket. No printout is required – simply scan the QR code directly with your phone at the Pick-Up Boxes at the valley station, and the chip card will be issued automatically.
